Students compete in their house teams to challenge themselves and encourage others to participate in swimming events. There will be competitive and non-competitive events during the carnival. Competitive students will nominate for events during Health lessons. Students need to swim within the qualifying swim times at the competitive carnival to have the opportunity to represent Peregian Springs State School at the Noosa District Swimming Carnival.

Training: Students need to be of sound swimming ability to compete.

8.30 am - All competitive students assemble in the Year 6 Undercroft
8.45 am - Year 6 students depart School (10:15 am – Year 6 leave pool and return to school)
9.45 am - Year 5 Depart School (11:15 am – Year 5 leave pool and return to school)
11.30 am - Year 4 Depart School (1.00 pm – Year 4 leave pool and return to school)
2.00 pm – Competitive students return to school
