Daily Dress choices- This is to highlight different aspects of Mental Health each day of the week.

Monday – wear any hat (be a friend)

Tuesday – wear odd socks (look out for those alone)

Wednesday – wear your favourite sneakers (get healthy and exercise)

Thursday – wear your favourite sports kit/house shirt (adversity in sport)

Friday – wear a combination of any articles of clothing you wore this week (connect more and get healthy)​
